Enrollment Structure

The Leadership Circle operates on a seasonal cohort basis to ensure intentional onboarding, engagement, and progression throughout the experience. Cohorts begin quarterly: 

  • Winter Cohort (January) 
  • Spring Cohort (April) 
  • Summer Cohort (July) 
  • Fall Cohort (October) 


This structure allows you to join at a time that aligns with your schedule and season you're in while still benefiting from a consistent and connected leadership experience.

The Leadership Circle – Terms & Conditions (Founding Year)

By enrolling in The Leadership Circle, you agree to the following terms:

Program Structure

The Leadership Circle is a 12-month, leadership development membership experience offered by The Erika Monaé Group. The program includes coaching, community programming, leadership development experiences, digital resources, and member benefits as described at the time of enrollment.

Payment & Access

Access to The Leadership Circle is based on the selected payment plan:

Annual (Pay-in-Full): Secures full 12-month access.

Quarterly: Secures access for the paid quarter.

Monthly: Secures access for the paid month.

Ongoing access requires an active and successful payment. If a payment is missed, declined, or a plan is canceled, access to Leadership Circle programming and resources will end at the conclusion of the current paid billing period.

Founding Year Participation & Feedback

The 2026 Leadership Circle is a founding-year experience and is intentionally designed to be collaborative and developmental.

As a condition of founding-year enrollment, members agree to provide thoughtful feedback on their experience, programming, and community engagement when requested. Feedback may be collected through surveys, reflections, or structured check-ins and is essential to shaping and strengthening future offerings within The EMG Network.

Community Participation & Conduct

Members are expected to engage respectfully, professionally, and in alignment with the values of The EMG Network. Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the community without refund.

Program Commitment & First 90-Day Engagement

The Leadership Circle is designed as a structured, cohort-based experience, with the first 90 days serving as the foundational phase of engagement (“Leadership Activation Phase”).

By enrolling in The Leadership Circle, participants agree to a minimum 90-day commitment, regardless of selected payment plan (monthly, quarterly, or pay-in-full).

This initial phase is intentionally designed to support onboarding, coaching engagement, and community integration. As such, participants are expected to actively engage in the experience during this period.

Due to the immediate access to coaching, program materials, and community resources, all sales are final once the program begins.

Coaching Session Usage & Expiration

As part of The Leadership Circle experience, participants receive a defined set of one-on-one coaching sessions.

All coaching sessions included in the program must be scheduled and completed within the first 90 days of the participant’s cohort start date.

Unused sessions after the 90-day period will be forfeited
Sessions do not roll over into future months or cohorts
It is the participant’s responsibility to schedule and attend sessions within the designated timeframe

This structure is designed to support momentum, accountability, and meaningful progress during the Leadership Activation Phase.

Program Evolution

Program elements, session formats, speakers, and experiences may evolve to best serve the community while maintaining the integrity, intent, and outcomes of The Leadership Circle.
